Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing savytech.com.au or engaging Savy Tech IT Services for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Savy Tech IT Services provides website development, business IT solutions, and cyber security & training services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any engagement will be set out in a separate written quote or agreement.

3. Quotes & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (including any deposits, milestone payments or monthly billing for managed services) will be confirmed in your project agreement or service order.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, content, credentials and feedback reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services, and to hold necessary rights to any content or materials you supply to us.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (such as a completed website) transfers to you upon full payment. Savy Tech IT Services retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savy Tech IT Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement in line with the notice period specified in that agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
